Legendary trees

Vilaflor is a compulsory stop for visitors in Tenerife, partly because it is home to some legendary trees, such as two enormous Canarian pine trees: the Pino Gordo (meaning Fat Pine Tree, measuring 9 m or 29.5 ft around), and the Dos Pernadas pine tree (standing 56 m or 183.7 ft tall), not to mention the equally impressive cypress trees in Plaza de San Pedro.
